Hi,
I agree with your article. Yes, its these people ( garbage men, fire fighters,...) who play an important role in issues of environment. But people hesitate and avoid them. Lets come together and plant trees and saplings and make it an pollution free country.
Lets see greenery everywhere to some extent.

We certainly are living in a dumbed down, consumer greedy, power warmongering society.

The Western culture has become very selfish indeed, perhaps 2012 will change things for the better

PS The picture of the solar home could do with a solar cooker attached to it to complete the totally self-sustainable environment
